Delivery and shipping costs
Shipping Conditions:
We calculate the shipping costs including statutory VAT* based on shipping weight as follows:
- When purchasing a Discman 4, shipping to Austria, Germany, and Italy is free of charge.
- When purchasing a grinding disc, we charge only half of the regular shipping costs for deliveries to Austria, Germany, and Italy.
- For all other products and deliveries to other countries, the shipping costs displayed during checkout apply.

Delivery Times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery within Austria (domestic) takes place within 3 to 5 days, and international deliveries within 5 to 7 days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
