1. Distribution Partners - (Dealer Pricing)

Receive an exclusive dealer price list.

• Minimum order quantity: 10 units Discman 4 (per variant)
• Initial order via prepayment, follow-up orders on invoice (30 days)
• Participation only for partners with a valid business license

Please note: Online sales within German-speaking regions are excluded from these conditions (exclusive distribution via www.skituning.at).

2. Affiliate Partners (Influencers & Representatives) - (Commission / Discount)

Receive a personalized affiliate link.

• 10% commission on every order (paid monthly)
• Customers receive a 3% instant discount
• Participation only for partners with a valid business license or self-employed status
• We handle order processing, shipping, and customer support

3. Ski Service Station - (Discount)

For professional workshops offering ski and snowboard services to customers.

• 20% discount on all orders
• Proof of an active service station required
• Participation only for partners with a valid business license or self-employed status
• No resale to end customers After successful verification, the account will be assigned to the appropriate customer group, and the discount will be automatically applied in the shop

4. Ski Clubs / Ski Schools - (Discount)

• 10% discount on all orders and bulk orders
• Use by members or students is permitted
• Devices may be shared or distributed within the club or school; commercial resale is not permitted
• Proof of active membership or activity required After successful verification, the account will be assigned to the appropriate customer group, and the discount will be automatically applied

5. Ski Instructors - (Discount)

• 10% discount on all orders
• No commercial resale
• Proof of active ski instructor status required After successful verification, the account will be assigned to the appropriate customer group, and the discount will be automatically applied

By participating in the VSLN SkiTuning GmbH partner program, the partner agrees to the above conditions.
The VSLN SkiTuning GmbH reserves the right to terminate participation at any time without stating reasons, especially in the event of violations of the program guidelines.
