Description
The right grinding disc for every application – from rough grinding (initial shaping) to high-gloss polishing.
Our high-quality grinding discs made in Austria deliver perfect results with minimal material removal. Thanks to the quick-change system (explained in the video), the disc can be replaced within moments, allowing you to adapt each work step precisely to your ski or snowboard edge.
- K80 (white): ideal for changing edge geometry, planing, removing hardened spots, and coarse pre-grinding.
- K150 (blue): optimal service grind for regular edge maintenance.
- K250 (red): fine service grind with additional polishing / smoothing effect.
- K500 (orange): ideal for effect grinding as well as polishing and high-gloss finishing.
Note on the glide pads
Each grinding disc comes with a matching pair of glide pads (left & right). These pads are wear parts because they glide continuously over the ski edge during grinding and wear down over time.
Therefore, replace the glide pads with every new grinding disc. Only with fresh glide pads can a correct and precise edge angle be ensured.
All grinding discs are durable, robust and dimensionally stable, ensuring consistently perfect results thanks to constant rotational speed. Material-friendly, efficient and precise – for professional ski tuning at home.
