Terms and Conditions of Participation in Competitions

By participating in the competition, the participant fully accepts the following terms and conditions.

  1. The competition runs for the period specified in the post.
  2. All natural persons aged 16 and over who meet the conditions stated in the post are eligible to participate.
  3. Each participant may only enter the competition once. Multiple entries do not increase the chances of winning and may lead to exclusion from the competition.
  4. Among all participants, the prize stated in the post will be raffled.
  5. The winner will be determined at random from all eligible participants and without public involvement.
  6. The winners will be notified no later than 5 days after the end of the competition.
  7. The prize must be collected personally by the winner, unless otherwise communicated (e.g. shipping of the prize by parcel). To claim the prize, the winner must prove their identity with a valid photo ID.

Participation in the competition is free of charge. The prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and must be used in the form provided. Unclaimed prizes will expire without any claim for compensation if the winner has confirmed the prize but does not respond within three days. If the prize has not been confirmed within three days, the prize will be forfeited or the draw may be repeated. The company will decide whether the draw is repeated.

The right to exclude participants who violate these terms and conditions with immediate effect is reserved. Any entitlement to a prize already acquired shall lapse in this case. Participants will also be excluded if circumstances arise that suggest manipulation.

Employees of VSLN SKITUNING GMBH and all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition are excluded from participation.

VSLN SKITUNING GMBH reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and rules for promotional activities, prize draws, and competitions at any time without notice or explanation at its own discretion. VSLN SKITUNING GMBH is not liable for any legal violations by competition participants.

The legal process is excluded.

Facebook Competition Terms and Conditions

By participating in the competition, the participant accepts the following terms and conditions. Among all participants who meet the conditions, a random draw will take place at the announced time. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.

Entries submitted in other ways (e.g. by email) cannot be considered. VSLN SKITUNING GMBH is not liable for damages due to errors, delays, or interruptions in data transmission, technical faults or service disruptions, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, or viruses.

If a comment is not visible due to a technical failure on Facebook’s part, VSLN SKITUNING GMBH assumes no liability.

All persons aged at least 16 years and residing in Austria at the time of participation are eligible to participate. Only participants with a genuine personal Facebook profile will be considered. The winner will be chosen at random and notified by VSLN SKITUNING GMBH after the competition ends via personal message or as a comment under the competition post on the Facebook page. If the winner does not respond, the right to claim the prize expires after 3 days.

Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services. Employees of VSLN SKITUNING GMBH are excluded from participation. VSLN SKITUNING GMBH reserves the right to exclude individuals from participation if there are legitimate reasons, in particular violations of the terms and conditions, manipulation through multiple accounts, etc.

VSLN SKITUNING GMBH reserves the right to take legal action.

The data provided will only be used for contact purposes within the framework of the competition. VSLN SKITUNING GMBH reserves the right to cancel the competition for important reasons. Such a cancellation may occur in particular if the proper execution of the competition can no longer be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons.
